This beautiful holiday home is situated just 1000-1200m from Lake Balaton - by car itâs 3 minutes, on foot it's 6-10 minutes. The house was built on a hillside, which means not only do you have a fantastic view of the lake from your balcony, but also plenty of peace and quiet for your holiday. Behind the house there is a little path which leads up the mountainside to the Mária Statue, from where you can see the entire bay of Keszthely as well as neighboring little villages. The close proximity of nature, the lovely apartments and a beautiful vista help you relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a 10m long, 5m wide, 1.5m deep swimming pool which can be used in common with the apartmentsâ other guests. Around the swimming pool you'll find garden furniture, deckchairs, a hammock and 2 garden couches. The swimming pool and surrounding area can be lit up at night which creates a romantic atmosphere for evening swimming. Near the pool, on the âmeadowâ, there is a basketball court and a table tennis table for both children and adults. The house is completely enclosed and has sufficient parking for up to 8 cars. Guests can also use the (common) barbecue. The pool has been covered with a moveable roof. So in bad weather the pool can be covered and in good weather it can be opened.
